Summit Realty, LLC is a licensed Real Estate company in the State of Oregon. We are locally owned, and function as a Property Management and Real Estate Investment company, responsible for the overall performance of income producing property. We at Summit Realty make pro-active, hands-on property management and investment building a central focus of our company. We help investors make good sound investments in rental properties and facilitate a smooth transition into managing them.

Our team has long-standing involvement in the real estate community in the local Eugene/Springfield area. Summit Realty was formed in 2002 as a limited liability company. The principal, Robin Latimer is an experienced, respected and successful real estate investment broker with over 20 years of experience as a licensed Realtor. She shares a common vision with her investors that each property should be managed to provide the resident/tenants with the best living experience possible while also yielding the investor the maximum return on their investments. She owns income property herself and understands the importance of maximizing the return on your investments, so that you can be successful.
